This Privacy Notice explains how 4Dental Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal information when you visit https://4dental.clinic, contact us, or purchase the 4Dental Clinic desktop software.

1. Who is responsible

For website enquiries and license delivery related to 4Dental Clinic, contact: hello@4dental.clinic.

For payment checkout, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment data under Paddle’s own privacy notice. We do not receive your full card number.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form data: name, email, subject, and message you submit.
• Purchase-related data: email and name associated with your order, transaction identifiers, product/price purchased, and license delivery details (provided via Paddle webhooks and/or our systems).
• Technical data: basic server logs (for example IP address, browser type, timestamps) that may be collected automatically when you use the website.
• Cookies / similar tech: only as needed for the site to function (for example language or theme preferences if stored locally in your browser).

3. Patient / clinic data in the Software

4Dental Clinic is a desktop application intended to store practice information locally on systems you control. We do not operate your clinic database in the cloud by default. You (the clinic) are the controller of patient and clinical data you enter into the Software and must comply with applicable health and privacy laws.

4. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and provide support
• To process orders, deliver licenses, and prevent fraud or abuse
• To operate, secure, and improve the website
• To meet legal and accounting obligations

5. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data based on: performance of a contract (orders and licenses), legitimate interests (securing and improving our services, responding to enquiries), consent (where required), and legal obligations.

• Paddle — payments, invoices, taxes, refunds
• Hosting and email providers — for example website hosting and transactional or contact emails
• Professional advisers or authorities — when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.
