Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 4Dental Clinic website at https://4dental.clinic and the 4Dental Clinic desktop software (the “Software”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software or website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

4Dental Clinic is provided by the operator of 4dental.clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: hello@4dental.clinic.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Online purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. When you buy through our checkout, you are also agreeing to Paddle’s buyer terms and checkout terms. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable sales taxes where required. For billing questions about a charge on your statement, you may contact Paddle and/or us at hello@4dental.clinic.

3. License grant

Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your dental clinic or practice, according to the plan you purchased (for example monthly, yearly, or lifetime, as shown at checkout).

• You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or publicly redistribute the Software.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass license or security mechanisms except where applicable law expressly allows.
• License keys and entitlements are for your use (and your authorized staff) only.

4. Accounts and activation

You are responsible for keeping license keys and activation details confidential. You must provide accurate contact information (including email) at checkout so we can deliver license information and support.

5. Clinic data

The Software is designed so that clinical and practice data can be stored locally on your systems. You remain solely responsible for patient data, clinical records, backups, security, and compliance with applicable healthcare and privacy laws in your jurisdiction. We do not provide medical advice; the Software is a management tool only.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or Software, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, or using the product for unlawful purposes.

7. Support

Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis via hello@4dental.clinic. Response times may vary.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and Software are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for verifying that the Software meets your clinical and operational needs before relying on it in practice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the Software or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software or website is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
